Mom's German Chocolate Icing

Mix, cook and stir for 3 minutes
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 stick butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 T vanilla
Vodka-Cream Sauce with Penne

Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups Slow-Cooker Tomato Sauce

- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
