WALNUT CRESCENTS

Lightly grease a large cookie sheet
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 recipe sweet roll dough
- 2 tablespoons margarine softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
LEMON-LIME ANGEL CAKE ROLL

In 2 quart saucepan, with wire whisk, mix granulated sugar and cornstarch until combined
- 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 package angel food cake mix
- Confectioner's sugar
EGG DROP SOUP

- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons all natural butter sprinkles
- Chopped chives

- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (mashed with milk and butter)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg beaten

- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Cooking oil for deep fat frying

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 3/4 lb. fresh green beans, washed, ends trimmed, cut into 4" lengths
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced garlic
- 2-1/2 tablespoons Hoison sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce with bean paste
- 1 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
ONE HUNDRED CORNER CRAB CAKES

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 1 lb. loaf thinly sliced white bread crust removed
- 3/4 lb. shrimp peeled deveined and cleaned with salt
- 3 tablespoons vodka or gin
- 1 large egg white
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2 oz. fresh pork fat, minced or 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery leaves
- 2 green onions white part only finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon peeled grated ginger
- 3/4 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for dipping
- corn oil for frying

- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
