- 8 oz. package crescent rolls
- 3 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Whipped cream, whipped (optional)
COCONUT CREAM CAKE

Prepare cake mix with eggs, water and oil, adding orange rind, following label directions

- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup flaked coconut

GNOCCHI WITH MUSHROOM AND MARJORAM

Gnocchi: Place ricotta in strainer set over medium bowl
- Gnocchi:
- 1 lb. fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup or more chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese plus additional for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh marjoram leaves

- 1-1/2 lbs. boneless pork
- 1-1/2 tablespoons honey combined with

- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Dash red food coloring
