Icy Lemonade

Place half the lemonade concentrate and 12-15 ice cubes in a blender, add 2 cups soda
- 1 can (12-ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate
- 30 cubes ice
- 4 cups (8-ounces each) lemon-lime soda chilled

- 20 ounces (1 can) Crushed Pineapple, drained, reserve juice
- 1 can (16 1/2-ounces) Bing Cherries, pitted, drained reserve juice

- 1 cup pecans, toasted chopped

- 6 cups large diced yellow squash and zucchini
- Vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon House seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers (recommended: Ritz)
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups

- 1 (18.25-ounce) package vanilla cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 ounces smoked ham hocks, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves stripped and reserved
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- Garnish: fresh thyme sprigs, optional
