1.In a microwave proof dish, microwave green beans for 2 minutes until just barely tender
- 12 ounces fresh or frozen green beans
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound stewing beef
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion (approximately 1/2 a medium onion)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 (8-ounce) can diced tomatoes with sauce, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 package (1 sheet) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 bag of Tyson Bagged Chicken (the fully cooked, cut into strips kind) - I didn't use a whole bag, but pretty close.
- 1 Jar of Ragu (the sauteed Onion and Garlic one).
- 1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
