  • 1/2 cup / bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup / sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. / cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. / lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Mix all ingredients well and roll to a 1/2" inch even thickness by hand.
