Cotton Candy Meringues

- 4 large egg whites
- Parchment paper
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pastel-colored liquid gel food coloring (optional)
Onion-fried Onion rings with Dipping Sauce

1. Adjust oven racks to lower-middle and upper-middle positions and heat oven to 450 degrees F
- Yields: 24 rings, 4-6 servings
- ½ cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- ½ cup buttermilk, room temperature
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ ground black pepper
- 30 saltine crackers
- 4 cups kettle-cooked potato chips
- 2 large yellow onions, cut into 24 rings (see note)
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil

- Onion Rings Dipping Sauce
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- Dash ground black pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Soda Pop Cupcakes, Two-Ingredient (Cake Mix)

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 1 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ white cake mix
- 1 1 1 can (12 oz) carbonated beverage of choice
Brunswick Stew (Slow-Cooker)

Mix all ingredients and cook overnight in 4-quart Slow cooker with the lid off
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef or pork (I like the pork best) browned and drained
- 2 cans (about 14-16-ounces each) creamed corn
- 2 cans (about 14-16-ounces each) stewed tomatoes chopped
- 1 can (10-ounces) Castleberry BBQ (or any other BBQ)
- 1/2 small chicken breast or a small can chicken cooked and chopped
- 11 bottle (14-ounces) hot ketchup bottle
