Pizza Pancakes

Grind rolled oats into oat flour using a Personal Blender
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBSP (13 grams) flax seed meal
- 1 heaping Tbsp tomato paste*
- few shakes Italian seasonings (1/2 to 1 TBSP?)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- dash garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- or blend siaked sundried tomatoes with enough water to make a paste
Black Bean Taco Salad

Toss romaine, black beans, avocado, green onion and salsa in a bowl
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup canned black beans
- 1/3 avocado, chopped
- 2 Tbs. green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs. salsa
- 12 tortilla chips, crumbled
Raw Green Musli

Blend all the ingredients, except nuts, in a food processor until smooth and sweet
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 apples - *peeled and shredded
- juice of a 1/4 lemon
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1/8 cup raw nuts (any softer kind, pecans, pistachios)
- 1/8 cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/8 cup raw honey
- *garnished with berries and hemp hearts
- Sometimes, when I don't forget, I throw in a little maca powder.
Jalapeño Dip

- 6-8 jalapeño's, seeded
- 1 generous cup plain greek yogurt/or strained yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- juice of a lime
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dill
- salt & pepper to taste

- 4 tablespoons artisana coconut butter
- 4 tablespoons artisana cashew butter
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 dates
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- juice of one lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cucumber, sliced into noodles
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- small bunch cilantro leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- red pepper flakes

Spicy Peanut Noodles

1. Cook linguine according to package directions
- 8 oz. linguine
- 1/3 cup low-fat creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbs. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
- 1 to 2 tsp. chile paste with garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 medium-size red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 3 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- 4 lime wedges, optional
Miso Gravy

- 1/4 cup miso
- 1 Tbsp ACV
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 orange, peeled and seeded
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp pitted dates
Perfect New Potatoes

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt and add potatoes, cook until fork tender

Raw Vegan Taco "Meat"

Blend in vitamix for about 30 seconds
- 1/2 C Raw Almonds
- 1/2 C Walnuts
- 1/3 C Sun Dried Tomatoes loosely packed (If using oil packed, may slightly reduce amount of olive oil added)
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Powder (or to taste)
- 2 to 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt (or to taste)
- Note with the nuts: You can use all almonds, all walnuts, all cashews, or all macadamia nuts or a combo. Or, incorporate some seeds in.
