Jalapeño Dip

This is so good! Serve with tortilla chips, on baked chicken, enchiladas, pasta, quinoa, burgers, mix with shredded chicken roll in tortillas and slice! Use as a dip or a sauce! Can be made more or less spicy depending on the amount of ribs and seeds you leave in the jalapeños!

    jalapeño's, seeded

  • 1

    generous cup plain greek yogurt/or strained yogurt

  • ¼

    cup cream cheese

  • juice of a lime

  • 1

    Tbsp dried parsley

  • ¼-½

    tsp garlic powder

  • ¼

    tsp dill

  • salt & pepper to taste


In a food processor blend the jalapeños until chopped. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate an hour or more. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. *Optional for cilantro lovers add in a bunch of cilantro to the food processor with the jalapeños.
