Curry Pasta Salad

I created this one afternoon when I was craving a curried pasta salad that I had eaten at a deli
- 1 cup plain vegan yogurt
- 2 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 4 green onions chopped
- walnuts
- cooked pasta
Baked Cheese Triangles

Cut cheese into 1/2" slices
- 1 pkg 227g mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- shake and bake
- pasta sauce
Raw Mushroom Gravy

Blend until smooth. Pour into a gravy bowl
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp ACV
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Strawberry Lime Shake

1.Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix (or other high speed blender) and puree on high speed until smooth 2
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1 10 ounce package frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Raw Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Take Oats & Cashews and blend in your Vitamix
- 2/3c2/3 c raw cashews
- 1/3c1/3 c oats
- 2Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave
- 1Tbsp1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Omit and use Agave to preserve true Raw Status if you care)
- 1Tsp1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Light Brioche Burger Buns

I love this recipe! These buns were absolutely perfect, a great burger bun!
- 3 tablespoons warm milk
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- Topping
- 1 large egg
- Sesame seeds
Healthy Strawberry Oat Squares with Homemade Jam

These squares are similar in taste to a strawberry nutri-grain bar
- OAT BASE-
- 1 1/2 cups regular oats
- 1 cup whole-grain Kamut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup Sucanat sugar (or brown sugar)
- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds+ 4 tbsp warm water, mixed)
- 1/2 cup mix of melted coconut oil and olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping only)
- STRAWBERRY JAM- (or use 1 cup of healthy jam)
- 2 1/4 cups strawberries, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3-4 tbsp sugar to taste
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Avocado-Orange Dressing

Mash avocado, add orange juice and then the rest of ingredients and mix together
- 1 avocado
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1 tablespoon dill
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (if desired)
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder or more to taste
- 1 green onion sliced
Grape Tomato and Avocado Salad

This delectable salad proves that fresh, high quality ingredients taste superb with little adornment
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley or cilantro, or mixture of both
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 white onion, chopped
- 2 avocados, chopped
- High quality sea salt, such as Fleur de Sal
