Freezer Meatballs

In bowl, beat eggs; mix in onions, crumbs, worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper
- 4 eggs
- 4 small onions, grated
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 4 pounds lean ground beef
House Dressing

Chill 2 hours
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 3/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed for juice
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Pasta with Spinach Pesto and Ricotta

Cook pasta until tender but firm
- 5 cups Fusilli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 ounces fresh spinach, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Overnight Oven French Toast

Pour melted butter into bottom of baking sheet to coat
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 7 large eggs
- 2 C milk
- 1/3 C granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 French bread loaf, cut into 1" slices
- Icing sugar
Creamy Garden Soup

Melt butter in large saucepan on medium
- 2 T butter
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 1/2 C water
- 2 C chopped broccoli
- 1/2 C diced carrot
- 1 C milk
- 1 C small cauliflower florets
- 1 C small broccoli florets
- 1/2 C diced carrot
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C deced zucchini (with peel)
- 1/2 C frozen peas
- 1 C grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
Filipino Chicken

Combine lemonade, gin, ketchup, garlic salt, Worcestershire, and seasoning in a large non-porous dish
- 1 can lemonade or lime-and-lemonade
- 2 T gin
- 4 T ketchup
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 lean chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- egg noodles and scallions to serve
