- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 226 grams white chocolate chips

- 2 C flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C currants
Lunch Box Muffins

Preheat oven to 375. Cool broccoli until tneder crisp
- 1 1/2 C brocoli, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 C chopped cooked ham
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 C vegetalbe oil
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Meatloaf Classic

Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 C quick cooking rolled oats
- 3/4 C milk
- 1/4 C minced onion, or 1 T flakes
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 C grated medium cheddar
- 1/4 C ketchup
Easy Cheese Bread

In large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 ounces old cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, approximately
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Burgundy Meatballs

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 175 gram pkg white chocolate, cut in chunks
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
Osaka Style Marinade
