Sweet and Sour Sauce

Mix sugar and flour in saucepan
- 1/4 C brown sugar, packed
- 1 T flour
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 1/3 C water
- 2 T white vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
Strawberry Pie - Super Delicous

Crush 2 cups berries in saucepan
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cooked pie shell
Peanut Butter Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Buttermilk Loaf

In saucepan, heat buttermilk, butter and honey until butter starts to melt; let cool for 5 minutes
- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, approximately
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons quick rising yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons milk
Vanilla Bavarian Cream

Soften gelatin in water. Dissolve over boiling water
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Pecan Supremes

Combine and set aside, flour, baking soda, salt and oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Buttermilk Bread - bread machine

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 3 T powdered buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 C bread flour or unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 T unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 T pure maple syrup
- 1 C room-temperature water
Raspberry Cream Muffins

- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 2/3 C sugar

- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C coarsely chopped frozen raspberries
Arpicot Meatballs

Pout apricot halves in medium bowl
- Apricot Sauce:
- 18 dried apricots, halved
- water
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 C finely chopped onion
- 1/4 C cornflake crumbs
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 C apricot jam
- 1/4 C hickory BBQ sauce
- 1 T apple cider vinegar
White Chocolate and Orange Poppyseed Cake

Cake: Heat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a 13x9 cake or bundt pan
- GLAZE:
- 1/2 C butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 C water
- 4 square bakers white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 C poppy seeds
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 2 squares Bakers chite chocolate, chopped
- 2 T orange juice
- 1 C icing sugar, sifted
