Artichoke Crab Dip

Heat oven to 350F. In bowl, combine cheese, mayo, crab, artichokes, and pepper sauce
- 2 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 C mayo
- 1 7oz can crabmeat, drained
- 1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained annd chopped
- 1/4 tsp hot-pepper sauce
- chopped parsley for garnish
Fluffy Pancakes

Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour"
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Basic Bran Muffins

Stir buttermilk into bran in medium bowl
- Dried Fruit Variation, add when adding bran mixture to flour mixture:
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1 C natural wheat bran
- 1 1/4 C flour
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, fork-beaten
- 1/4 C cooking oil
- 1/4 C fancy (mild) molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla

Turkey Cutlets with Paprika Cream Sauce

Melt 1 T butter in heavy skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 pound turkey cutlets

Beef Paprika

Heat bacon fat in large saucepan
- 2 pounds cubed stewing beef
- 2 ounces beef fat
- 8 ounces onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pint beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- pinch brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt and pepper
Chocolate Pudding

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Toasted Pecans
