Stuffed Turkey Breast

Place a rack in a slow coooker
- 1/4 C butter, melted
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 C herb-seasoned croutons
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 2 T minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 whole uncooked turkey breast (about 5 lbs)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 C dry white wine
Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 375. Combine the blueberries in 1/2 cup sugar and the butter in a small saucepan over high heat

- 3/4 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, salt, and oats

Potato Croquette Casserole

Peel potaatoes and boil. Metl butter and cook onions and garlic until tender
- Topping:
- 6-8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/3 C whipping cream
- 1 C grated cheddar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1 C sliced almonds
- 1/4 C butter, melted
Beef in Burgundy

Cut the bacon into little strips; blanch with boiling water
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 pounds stew meat
- olive oil
- 3 1/2 cups dry red wine
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt , to taste
- 2 yellow onions, peeled and chopped, browned in butter
