Chicken Capellini with Pine Nuts & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Prepare pasta per pkg directions without adding salt
- 4 oz whole wheat capellini or angel hair pasta
- 3 oz dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-size pcs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced basil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
Black Forest Pie

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and cocoa, mix well
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21oz) cherry pie filling, chilled
Herbed New Potatoes

Peel 1/2" strip around the center of each potato and immediately place potatoes in a med saucepan of cold water

- For each rib rack:
