- 8 turkey breast cutlets (about 2 oz ea), pounded 1/4" thick

- 1/2 cup Marsala wine or 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 1/2 of l pound package lasagna, uncooked
- 2 pounds bulk Italian sausage, I used 1 mild 1 hot
- 1 mediium onion, chopped

- 1 1can (12 ounce) tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil leaves

- 2 containers (16 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
Moussaka

- Sauce:
- 1 med eggplant, cut into 1/4" slices
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 med yellow onion, sliced (about 1 cup)

- 1/2 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp margarine spread
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
Horseradish and Mustard-Crusted Beef Tenderloin

- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 3-1/2 lb boneless leg of lamb, trimmed of fat and cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 8" pita bread rounds
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves
Baked Ham and Cheese Wraps

- 3/4 lb deli ham (thinly sliced, but not shaved)
