  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 Tbsp packed lt brown sugar
  • 1 - 15 oz carton ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 12 manicotti noodles, cooked, rinsed & drained
  • grated Parmesan cheese
