Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

Heat oven to 375 deg. Place fish fillets, skin-sides down, in 13x9" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray
- 4 salmon fillets (1 lb)
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach leaves

- 1/2 cup Kraft sun-dried tomato dressing

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

In a 3 to 4 qt pot, combine the potatoes and enough cold water to cover
- 9 small red-skinned potatoes, about 1-1/2 lbs
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp red-wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tsp dried dillweed
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 med tomatoes, cut into wedges (optional)

- 2 Tbsp extra virgin oilive oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt

- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
