- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
- 2/3 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup beef broth

Cheddar Chicken and Potatoes
