  • 3 cups of panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Whole eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Shoyu Cream Sauce (for the Chicken) -
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 teaspoons salt (divided)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
