Macaroni and Cheddar Cheese

- 1 1/2 cups whle or 2% milk

Authentic Mexican Rice

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 md onion, chopped
- 1/3 c Salsa (Embasa brand)or Herdez salsa casera. You get this at the mexican store
- 3 c water
- 1 tomato chicken boullion, or 2 tsp granuals
- RECIPE CAN BE DOUBLED
- When I double everything in this recipe, I use one 7-ounce can of Herdez salsa casera.
