  • 3 cups of chopped broccoli, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1-1/2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese, divided (I used Colby/Jack)

  • 15 turns of the pepper grinder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Slap Ya Mama, or your favorite Cajun seasoning, optional (I used Emeril's "Essence")
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, or crumbled potato chips or crackers
  • 4 cups of shredded cooked chicken

  • 3 3 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 3 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 3 3 tbsp dark rum
  • 3 3 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1 1 tbsp coarse salt
  • 2 2 2 tbsp white vinegar
