Apple-Brie Braid with Almonds

INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw dough in refrigerator 12 hours
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (1-pound) loaf frozen white bread dough
- 2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine, divided
- 4 cups finely chopped peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, divided
- 3 tablespoons chopped slivered almonds
- Cooking spray
- 4 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

Whisk together the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the steak for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally
- For the marinade:
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lime juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) coarsely chopped fresh oregano,
- or 1 tsp (5 ml) dried
- 1 Tbs (15 ml) finely chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)

- 1 Tbs (15 ml) finely chopped garlic
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 flank steak, 1 1/2 to 2 lbs (675 - 900 g)
