- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Separate eggs into three bowls - 5 yolks in one bowl, 2 egg whites in another, and 3 egg whites in the third

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Key Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup sugar (for meringue)
- 1 9" baked pie shell
Moussaka

Peel and slice 2 large eggplants lengthwise
- 2 eggplants
- oil for sauteing
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 8 oz water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c milk
- 6 tbs flour
- 1 1/2 c grated cheese (mozzarella, Monterey jack, etc.)
Layered Bean Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 (16-ounce) can fat-free refried beans
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 1 cup (4 ounces) preshredded reduced-fat Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
- Chopped cilantro (optional)
Kasekuchen (Cheese Cake)

You can use a bowl but the way I do it is place flour and sugar on counter
- Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/4 pound unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- Cheese Filling
- 3 large pkgs. Philadelphia Cream cheese ( 8 oz size)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 egg yolk in a cup to paint top of cheese filling
- 5 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250 grams sugar ( 1 cup )
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O Cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
Cinnamon-Pumpkin Custard

1. In a medium bowl combine pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and allspice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed, or 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 12-ounce can (1-1/2 cups) evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Baby back Ribs

Cover with wax paper then seal with foil to hold in moisture
- Marinate for 24 hr in :
- 1 C vinegar
- 1/4 C soy sauce water to cover ribs
- Brush ribs well with glaze as follows:
- 1/4 C molasses
- 1/2 C water
Cheese Blintzes

Add 1 C milk to salt and eggs; stir flour in gradually until smooth
- Batter:
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 C flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-2 C milk
- Filling:
- 2 lb. farmer cheese (4 pkg.) [can also use "dry cottage cheese"]
- 1 egg (or 2)
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1/4 C sugar
Dressing for Greek Salad

Put the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano in blender or food processor
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano (I use 1 tsp)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (I use more)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice

- 1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup demerara sugar or turbinado sugar
