Tuna Noodle Cassserole

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can 7 oz tuna, undrained, flaked
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, tossed w/1-2 tablespoons butter or potato chips


Servings 4


Step 1

In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender Stir in tuna, mayo and milk. In a 2 quart greased casserole, combine hot cooked noodles and the tuna mixture. Top w/buttered bread crumbs for potato chips and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
