Sesame Chicken in Crock Pot (withHoney)

Directions: Place chicken in Crock Pot and lightly season both sides with salt and pepper
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 packets minute rice, optional (I am going to use quinoa)
- 1/2 tablespoon (or more) sesame seeds
- 3 scallions, chopped
Four Cheese Macaroni with Ham

- 1 jar (15 oz.) Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded American Cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 tbls. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) cavatappi pasta or elbow twists, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. chunk ham, preferably Black Forest, cut into 1" X 1/2" cubes, 2 cups.
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 34 Ritz crackers, crushed, 1 1/2 cups
- 2 tbsp. butter melted
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
LEMON BARS

- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp.lemon juice. and lemon peel
