Raspberry Mint Punch

- 5 Cup Dole Raspberry Jucie
- 6 oz frozen limeade
- 5 Cup Dole Pineappple Juice
- 2 Sliced Limes
- 3 Tbs Mint

1. Mix brown and white sugar with the milk in large pot; bring mixture to a boil
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Maple Walnut Fudge

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavored extract
- 50 walnut halves or pieces
Rum Fudge

- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup half-and-half (10%) cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter

- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Chicken with Apple, Onion and Cider Sauce
