Zucchini with Parmesan

Remove the ends of the zucchini and cut in half lengthwise
- 8 medium zucchini
- Good olive oil
- 2 large yellow onions cut in half and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Maragarita Balls

No-bake candy balls have the flavors of a margarita mixed with vanilla wafers and pretzels
- 1 package vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup pretzel crumbs
- 16 oz sifted powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp tequila
- 1 tsp Triple Sec/orange liqueur
- 1 Lime Rind
- 2.25 oz shaker green decorator sugar

Pizza Dough (Deborah Mele)

Pour 7 cups of the flour onto the counter in a mound, creating a well in the center
- 8 Cups All-purpose Flour (or Alternatively, use 4 Cups All-Purpose Flour and 4 Cups White Wheat Flour)

Simple Pizza Dough

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the 1/3 cup warm water
- 2 Tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Warm water (110° F.)
- 1 1/4 Cup Warm water (110° F.)
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 2 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
Perfect Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 cup unsalted butter -- softened
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
- 3 cups banana -- mashed
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Hamburger Casserole

- 1 can black olives

Alfredo Pizza Sauce

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Caribbean Shrimp Kebabs

Soy-Glazed Salmon
