Vegetable Sauce Supreme

Heat cream cheese & milk over low heat, stirring unitl smooth
- 1 Cup Milk
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Parmesean Cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
Lemon Butter Potatoes

Wash unpeeled potatoes. Put in 3-qt saucepan with onion, lemon & salt
- 3 lb red potatoes
- 1 diced medium onion
- 3 lemon slices
- 1 tsp salt
- Boiling Water
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsb fresh Lemon Juice
Chicken Pot Pie

- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/3 C. of Butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1 3/4 c. of chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk

Beaumont Ranch Potato Salad
