Chocolate Marbled Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate
Butterscotch Squares

1. Melt butter in pan with PB
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 bag of marshmallows
Buttermilk Cornbread

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Creamy Leek Soup

1. Cut leeks lengthwise in half
- 3 leeks, white and light green parts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 large potatoe diced
- 1 cup milk
Banana Foster

In a large, deep skillet over medium heat, melt butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons rum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise and crosswise
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Chicken in Lemon Pepper Sauce

1.Melt 3 tbs butter in a large skillet over medium heat
- 6 chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
- 6 tablespoons butter - divided
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
- flour, to dredge chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (I pressed juice from 1 whole lemon)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper (I omitted and used black)
- salt and pepper
Triple Berry Crisp

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups butter

- 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoe & Oregano Dressing
- 4 cups quartered mushrooms
- 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoe & oregano dressing
- 1 1/2 cup snow peas
Cake Batter Cookies

In a large bowl, sift together flour, cake mix, and baking soda
- 1 and 1/4 cup (160g)all-purpose flour
- 1 and 1/4 cup (190g) yellow or vanilla boxed cake mix (I typically use vanilla cake mix)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks or 170g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (100g) light brown sugar
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips (I used a blend of white and semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- 1/2 cup (80g) sprinkles
Creamy Tortellini Soup

1. Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker
- 1 (19oz) bag of frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 small bag of fresh spinach
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of Italian style diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese
- 1 lb. of ground sausage or chicken/turkey sausage
- 3-4 cups of chicken broth
