Swedish Meatballs

1. in mixing bowl toss bread crumbs with 1/2 cup milk and let stand for 5 minutes 2
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1/4 cup shallots minced
- 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp worcestshire sauce
Honey Glazed Salmon

- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tbsp. honey

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
