- 1 shot of espresso or 3/4 cup coffee
- 1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (see recipe below)
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (the hot chocolate kind, not the unsweetened baking kind – I used Archer Farms dark chocolate cocoa and loved it)
- Pinch of sea salt (Starbucks uses a blend of smoked sea salt and turbinado sugar for sprinkling on top)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Extra caramel sauce and sea salt to drizzle/sprinkle on top
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons salted butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
Oven Fried Chicken with Almonds

1. Heat oven to 400 2. In medium bowl combine first 9 ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 lbs chicken, pounded to 1/2 thickness
Sundried Tomatoe & Cauliflower

1. In large pot of water, cook cauliflower until tender
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup old cheddar
Meat Loaf Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly oil muffin pan 2
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 2 tbsp dried sage, thyme, oegano, rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
