Chunky Chicken in Dijon Cheddar Sauce

1. Cut chicken into cubes
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion minced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp each salt, pepper and thyme
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cu of milk
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- dash of hot pepper
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
Brown Sugar Meatloaf

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 - 1.5 lbs of lean ground beef
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
Italian Chicken Soup

1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours
- 3 large or 4 small chicken breasts (mine were frozen) (C: I used 6-8 frozen chicken thighs)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 14 oz. can of full fat coconut milk
- 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes with juices or you could also use fresh diced tomatoes
- one or two cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
Frozen Toblerone Mousse Squares

1. Mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch square pan, lined with plastic wrap
- 1 Cup Oreo Crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 bars 100 g toblerone bars
- 2 tubs cream cheese (250g each)
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup cool whip
Chicken and Rice

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 6 ozs boneless skinless chicken
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chicken and Dumplings

1. Combine all ingredients except dough in a slowcooker 2
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 lb frozen vegetables
- 1 medium onion diced
- 24 oz chicken broth
- 1 package pillsbury country biscuit dough
Turkey Macaroni

1. Combine all ingredients in a slowcooker except macaroni 2
- 1 tsp of vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 cans tomatoe soup
- 1 can corn drained
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups dry macaroni, cooked and drained
Steak Italiano

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 (4 ounce) beef cube steaks
- 1 1/4 cups canned tomato sauce
- 2 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
One Pot Shrimp & Couscous

1. Melt butter over medium heat
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion sliced thinly
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 cup couscous
- Package of shrimp
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 4 cups spinach
