- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large box instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 – 8oz. carton sour cream
- 1/2 cup water (plus dash)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
Special Banana Nut Bread

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy
- Orange Glaze:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4)
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 T. orange juice
- 1 t. grated orange peel

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray
- 1 pack buttermilk biscuit mix (I used Bisquick, about 1 1/2cups)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oregano (you can omit or use less)
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix well
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 8 T. butter, softened (1 stick)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 cup milk, optional

- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, quartered

- 3 cups thin pretzel sticks
- 1 t. celery salt
- 4 cups Wheat Chex
- 1/2 t. seasoned salt
- 4 cups Cheerios
- 3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (13 oz) salted peanuts
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 t. garlic salt

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 jar (8 oz.) salsa
- 1 med. green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans (2 1/4 oz. ea.) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. minced garlic
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1 loaf unsliced French bread
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) tomato sauce
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 T. chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 16 flour tortillas, warmed
- 4 cups (16 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 1/2 cups (10 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 med. onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- shredded lettuce, sliced ripe olives, additional sour cream, optional

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

- 3 T. butter, melted
