Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 40 slices turkey pepperoni
- 4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half

- pizza sauce
Crunchy Onion Mashed Potatoes

Mix mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder
- 3 cups prepared hot mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 1/3 cups French’s Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Cheese Fondue

In a large saucepan, heat the wine to a gentle simmer on medium heat
- 3 cups white wine
- 16 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 2 T. Kirsch
- 2 T. flour
Crispy Parmesan Chickpeas

Rinse the chickpeas under water, spread them out on paper towels and let dry for 15 minutes
- 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) chickpeas aka garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/4 t. ground black pepper
Apple Muffins

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
- Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 T. margarine, melted
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans

- 3 lbs. slightly overripe plums, pitted and chopped into chunks, do not peel
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 t. lemon juice
- 1 3-oz. pkg. powdered pectin

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
- 2 and 2/3 cups All-Purpose flour (I used unbleached)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
- 1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
- 4 eggs, large
- 1 cup and 1 Tbsp. plain Greek style yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. milk (I used 2 percent)
- 5 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 to 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 Tbsp. limoncello (lemon flavored liqueur)

- 3 loaves (1 lb. ea.) frozen bread dough, thawed
- 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- Additional Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, warmed
