- GLAZE:
- 2 (5 oz. each) bars white chocolate
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1 teaspoon shortening

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 (1 oz.) square semisweet chocolate, melted

Combine the corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt in a large bowl
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 4 drops yellow food coloring
- 2 drops red food coloring
- 1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
- 2 t. vegetable shortening

- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 piece (3 oz.) milk chocolate candy bar, chopped
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided

- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

- 1 (14 ½ oz.) can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, liquid reserved
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 T. sliced pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 t. balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 t. red pepper flakes
- 3 T. coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 T almond extract

- 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, divided

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Marshmallow Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
