- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups (16 ounces) 4% cottage cheese (cream cheese??)
- 4 cups (16 ounces) part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Penne with Cream, Smoked Salmon and Chives

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 12 ounces penne rigate or other short pasta
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons minced shallot
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 Tubes Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Instructions
- Step 1 – Melt butter in a small sauce pan and add the garlic salt and Italian seasoning until it’s all mixed together well.
- Step 2 – Cut each Pillsbury Biscuit into quarters
- Step 3 – Pour the melted butter into a pie plate and place the cut Pillsbury biscuits in the butter to fill up the entire pie plate
- Step 4 – Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Step 5 – Flip the pie place upside down onto a tray or plate including the melted butter. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the garlic bread. Enjoy!

- 500 ml creamed cottage cheese 2 cup
- 2 eggs 2
- 1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
- freshly ground pepper -
- 250 ml mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup
- 112 g mozzarella cheese slices 4 oz
