Spinach - Artichoke Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped
- spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Dash pepper

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 500 ml mushrooms, sliced 2 cup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 2
- 1 ml dried oregano 1/4 tsp
- salt & pepper to taste -
- 15 ml cold water 1 tbsp
- 125 ml parmesan cheese, freshly grated 1/2 cup
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless 4
- 60 ml sundried tomato pesto 1/4 cup
- 250 ml packed baby spinach 1 cup
- 325 ml provolone or mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 1/3 cup
- 30 ml fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp

- 1 pound thick chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup panko
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon salt free italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups jarred pasta sauce
- 2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
- 8 tablespoons part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
Cherry Pie Bars

Preheat Oven to 350F In a mixing bowl, cream your butter, sugar- add eggs & extract
- 1 cup of butter softened
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cans of cherry pie filling (can use just 1 if you need to)
- Preheat Oven to 350F
- In a mixing bowl, cream your butter, sugar- add eggs & extract.. beat well to mix. Add flour & Salt, Mixing Well.
- Spread half of the batter in a greased 9x13 pan, Spoon the Pie Filling over the batter Randomly drop tablespoons remaining batter over the pie filling
- Bake for 35 min or until your toothpick comes out clean
- If you wish to add a glaze mix 1 c. Powdered sugar, 1 tsp almond extract, 2 tsp milk and drizzle
