- 300 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1 1/4 cup
- 1 ml salt 1/2 tsp
- .5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
- 1 ml nutmeg 1/4 tsp
- 6 potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced 6
- 90 ml butter 6 tbsp
- 125 ml cream 1/2 cup
- 125 ml swiss cheese, grated 1/2 cup
- 25 ml chives, chopped 2 tbsp

- INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, bone in with skin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
- 1/2 cup pitted green olives
- 1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts, canned or frozen
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices bacon or pancetta, chopped
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 3 tbsp feta cheese * optional
Oatmeal Bars with Dates and Walnuts

- 1 cup finely ground old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2 cups packed light-brown sugar

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® German chocolate cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 jar (16 to 17 oz) caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 bag (8 oz) toffee chips or bits

- 4 demi sourdough baguettes (I found them in the bakery section of the grocery store)
- 1 (7 ounce) package of Jones All Natural Golden Spicy Pork Sausage Links
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Vegetable Lasagne

Soak the no-boil lasagna noodles in warm water for 10 minutes
- 6 no-boil lasagna noodles or regular lasagna noodles
- 8 ounces zucchini and/or yellow summer squash, halved and sliced
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup fat-free or low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 recipe Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
Black Bean/Brown Rice Bowl

Heat rice, beans, zucchini and salsa in microwave for 3-4 minutes
- 1 C cooked brown rice (instant)
- 1 C canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 C salsa
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- shredded lettuce
- lime juice.
Country Style Ribs (crockpot)

PLACE them into the crockpot, and throw everything but the vinegar on top
- 4-5 lbs. country-style pork ribs
- 2 bottles (18 oz. each) KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, any flavor (I used one each of Char-Grill and Hickory Smoke)

- 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 C milk
- 1 C butter (tub margarine)
