Tater Tot Casserole

Preheat oven to tater tot temperature on bag
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can french fried onions
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tater tots
Beef Sirloin Skewers

In a medium bowl, mix first 7 ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 T light brown sugar
- 3 T white wine vinegar
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t seasoned salt
- 1/2 t garlic pepper seasoning
- 4 oz Sprite
- 2 pounds beef sirloin steak, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed

Paprika Chicken

TAKES 2 HOURS
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 T cooking oil
- 1 T butter
- 1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c onion, diced
- 1 c green pepper, diced
- 1 c sweet red pepper, diced
- 3 T flour
- 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 T paprika
- 1 to 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- Hot cooked noodles
- 1/4 c Sour Cream
Strawberry Romaine Salad

Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces
- SALAD:
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted walnuts
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t ground white pepper
Cream Cheese Brownie

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- BROWNIE:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- FILLING:
- 11 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups cool whip
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (3.9 oz ) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- Cool whip and chopped nuts for garnish
Green Beans with Shallots

- 2 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 med shallots, diced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 t herb vegetable seasoning blend

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

- 1.5 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup dried porcini mushrooms, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 T tomato paste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup soy souce
- 4 lbs boneless beef chuck stew meat cut into 1.5 inch pieces or chuck roast, cup up
- 1 lb white mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
- 6 T flour
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 2 T chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
