Ramen Coleslaw

Break up the noodles Mix the noodles with the coleslaw, sunflower seeds, and onions
- 1 package coleslaw
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 packages chicken ramen noodles
- 1 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 2 packages ramen seasoning (comes with the noodles)
Spinach Lasagna

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 9 (2 inch) lasagna noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 (14.5 oz each) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Del Monte tomato sauce
- 2 cans (13.5 oz each) Del Monte Freshcut whole leaf spinach
- 1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
Ritz Cracker Pie

Preheat oven to 275 Generously butter a pie plate
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 20 ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t vanilla
Chicken Cacciatore

Dust chicken with flour. Brown chicken in a skillet with the olive oil
- 1 lb chicken pieces
- 3 T flour
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/3 c Chianti or other dry red wine
- 1/2 c sliced onion
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 t crushed basil
- 1/2 t oregano
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
Pizza Spirals

Heat oven to 425. Unroll dough and press into a 10x12 inch rectangle
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 3/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 cup frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Suddenly Pasta Salad

Prepare according to package directions
- 1 box Betty Crocker "Classic" Suddenly Pasta Salad
- tomatoes, diced
- cucumber, diced
Cauliflower Au Gratin

Preheat oven to 350. Break cauliflower into sections and cook for 10 minutes in boiling water
- 1 large head cauliflower (about 6 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, divided
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Apple Butter Pork Loin

- 2 (1.5 lbs) pork tenderloins
- seasoning salt
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup apple butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T water
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground cloves

- 1 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes, quartered
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
- Coarse salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Ham and Potato Soup

Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham, and water in a large saucepan
- 3 1/2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 T chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 t ground white or black pepper
- 5 T butter
- 5 T all purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt to taste
