Artichoke Cheese Dip (L. Khaleel)

Mix first 4 ingredients together in a baking dish and top with the mozzarrella

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarrella
Turkey Taco Chili

Heat olive oil and brown the turkey in a large soup pot
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 T dry onion
- Fresh garlic to taste
- 1 (15 oz ) can chili beans
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes with chiles (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen or canned corn (rinsed)
- 1 pkg dry ranch seasoning
- 1/3 pkg dry taco seasoning
- 1/2 pkg dry chili seasoning
Paprika Chicken

In Dutch oven over med heat brown chicken in oil and butter
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken cup up
- 1 T cooking oil
- 1 T butter
- 1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced sweet red pepper
- 3 T flour
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 T paprika
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Polish Apple Pie

Bake this apple pie in a 9" round spring-form pan for great presentation and easy serving
- For the Crust
- 4 c unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c (1/2 lb) salted butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp milk
- For the Filling
- 2 lbs firm baking apple (Gala, McIntosh, or Pink Lady), peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 lbs soft baking apple (Braeburn, Red Delicious, or Fuji), peeled, cored, and sliced

Slow Cooker Tex Mex Chicken

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch wide strips
- 2 T taco seasoning mix
- 2 T flour
- 1 EACH green and red pepper, cut into 1 inch wide strips
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups thick n chunky salsa
- 1 cup shredded mexican style cheese
