Tomato Onion Pork Chops

Heat oil in large skillet over med high heat
- 1 T oil
- 4 center cut or boneless pork chops
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg Knorr Tomato with Basil soup dip and recipe mix
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- Hot cooked noodles or rice
Peanut Butter Bars

Melt together the peanut butter and butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup butter
- 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
Southwestern Turkey Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 Combine soups, chiles, and sour cream in a mixing bowl
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 7 oz can diced green chiles, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 16 6 inch corn tortillas, cut into strips, divided
- 2 cups cooked turkey, diced and divided
- 1 8 oz package shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Garnish: Cilantro leaves, green onions and salsa
Toffee Poke Cake

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a greased 9x13 baking pan
- 1 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1 jar (17 oz) butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
- 1 carton (12 oz) Cool Whip
- 3 Heath candy bars, chopped
Cosmopolitan

Pour vodka, cranberry juice, and lime juice into a shaker
- 1 1/2 oz Absolut Mandarin vodka
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Triple Layer Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 eggs
- Toppings:
- 1 pkg (7 oz) flaked coconut
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Chicken Pasta with Artichokes and Capers

Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1/4 t salt and pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 t salt, divided
- 1/4 t pepper
- cooking spray
- 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 T drained capers
- 1 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated spinach fettucine
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Sheet Pan Salmon with potatoes and broccolini

Preheat oven to 450 Toss potatoes with 2 T olive oil, 1/2 t salt, and 1/4 t pepper on a rimmed baking sheet
- 1 lb small yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/4 t kosher salt, divided
- 3/4 t black pepper, divided
- 4 6-oz salmon fillets
- 1 lb broccolini, trimmed
- 2 T fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 t dijon mustard
Turkey Breast Stew

Combine flour, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a large bowl
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 2 lbs boneless turkey breast, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 med onions, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
Corn Pudding

Mix all together and put into a greased crock pot
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/3 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup milk
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t nutmeg or cinnamon
