Pimento Cheese

Combine all ingredients. Serve with crackers
- 2 cups sharp orange cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup pimentoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion (use both the green and white parts)
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t cayenne
- Dash of tabasco sauce
Grandma's Easy Chicken

Mix all ingredients together except for the chow mein and spread in greased baking dish
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Celery or broccoli if desired
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Crab Dip/Fondue

Combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and half and half and melt in microwave
- 5 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 can (4 1/2 oz) lump crab meat, drained
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
Pulled Pork

MARINATE OVERNIGHT TAKES 7-8 HOURS TO BAKE
- 1 6 lb boneless pork butt
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 3 T kosher salt
- 2 T smoked paprika
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 t garlic powder
Roasted Garlic Fingerling Potatoes

Serve these perfectly crispy potatoes with a nice steak and bacon wrapped asparagus for a super easy, gourmet meal!
- 1 1/2 lb fingerling potatoes
- 4 T olive oil
- 8 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 T Italian parsley leaves, freshly chopped
- Salt and black pepper
Beer Bread

Mix together the white flour and rye flour
- 1 1/2 cups unsifted white flour
- 1 1/4 cups unsifted rye flour
- 3/4 cups beer
- 2 T honey
- 1 T margarine
- 2 pkgs Fleischmann's dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
- 1 t caraway seed
- 2 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
San Francisco Chops

Heat oil in skillet. Brown chops on both sides
- Boneless Pork chops
- Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 t oil
- 4 T dry sherry of broth
- 4 T soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/8 t crushed red pepper
- 2 t corn starch
- 2 T water
Seven Layer Dip

Combine avacado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- 3 med ripe avacados, mashed
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/4 T pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 oz) can jalapeno bean dip or any variety canned refried beans
- Large bunch green onions
- 2 med tomatoes, chopped with seeds removed
- Large can pitted black olives, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cheddar or cheddar and monterey jack cheese
Apple Crisp

Preheat oven to 350 Put apples in buttered 10x12 pan
- Topping:
- 4 cups apples (sliced thin)
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
Farfalle with lemon, shrimp, and kale
By S. Danford
Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil over high heat
- 12 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch lacinato kale, chopped (5 cups packed)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 t lemon zest plus 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/4 t kosher salt, plus more for cooking pasta
- 3/4 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped, roasted pistachios
- Parmesan cheese for serving
