Key Lime Pie Poke Cake

1. Heat oven to 350*F for shiny metal ar glass pan (or 325*F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Cake:
- 1 box Betty Crocker SuperMoist white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- Key Lime Filling:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condenced milk (not evaporated)
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice or regular lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 4 drops yyellow food color
- 1 drop green food color
- Frosting:
- 1 container (12oz) Betty Crocker Whipped vanilla frosting
- 2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- Garnish, if Desired
- Fresh strawberries
- Key lime slices
- Lemon leaves

- For the shortbread:
- 4 oz. (8tbs.) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbs. granulated sugar
- 1 tbs. comfectioners'sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 oz. (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 oz. (2/3 cup) cake flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- For the lemon curd:
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 4 to 6 lemons)
- 2 oz. (4 Tbs.) unsalted butter, cut into 2 pieces
- 2 Tbs. heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Heat oven to 350*F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil with shortening
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons minature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

- 1 clous garlic chopped
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- 1/3 cups salad oil
- 1 can(12oz) whole kernel corn
- 1 tbs. each salt & pepper
- 1 to 3 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cans (8oz each) tomatoe sauce
- 1 can (7 1/2 oz) olives (drained)
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 eggs beaten
