- For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup confectioners` sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 to 3 tablespoons orange marmalade

1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 350*F
- 1-3/4 lb. beef chunk, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes.
