Instant Pot Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin

Select Saute and add butter to the pressure cooker pot
- 2 2 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1 1 cup chicken broth
- 6 6 1/8 medium sized potatoes peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick

Joe's Crab Shack's Etouffee

Saute garlic, onion, celery, and green pepper in butter until soft
- 1/4 C butter plus 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- I green pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Mix Gravy Mix, water, soy sauce and ginger in small bowl until well blended
- 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Copycat Dooger's Clam Chowder

1. Melt butter in a large stock pot over low heat
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 51 ounce can Costco clams
- 12 small to medium red potatoes peeled and diced, approximately xl egg sized
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- salt to taste

Chop tomatoes, peppers, onion and cilantro (garlic if you decide to use it) Toss all ingredients into large bowl Ad
- 2.5-3 lbs of tomatoes of choice
- 1-2 onions (yellow, white, or red)
- Fresh Cilantro to taste (I use 1/2 cup or more)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2-3 limes, juiced
- 2 TBSP celtic salt
- Spices to taste ( I use salt & pepper only, but cumin, oregano, or powdered chili could be added)
- Peppers (sweet or spicy…I use jalapeno but sweet peppers work well too if you don’t like spicy!)

- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- Pinch crushed red pepper
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- Kosher salt
- 2 ears corn, kernels cut off the cob
- 1/2 pound fresh tagliatelle
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiana
- 6 basil leaves, chiffonade

- 1 pound lean ground sausage (I used chicken sausage)
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 can (7 ounce) green chiles
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
