Airfryer Crispy Roasted Onion Potatoes

Quarter the potatoes and toss them in the olive oil in a medium bowl
- 2 lb. baby red potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
Bloody Mary Jerky

Mix all ingredients together except meat strips
- 1/2 C. V-8 juice
- 1/2 C. vodka
- 3 T. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. grated horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- squirt of lemon or lime juice
- 2 lb. meat strips
Quick Tomato Sauce

Add all to blender, process Soup 1
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (28 ounce size) chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 handful fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped

- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slice s, chopped
- 1/4 lb. sliced deli corned beef, chopped (about 1 cup)

- 1/8 cup butter cut in chunks, or spray dish well
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless preferred
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can Campbell's low sodium cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 cup water
