- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Whipped cream
- 12 chocolate chips
- 1 strawberry Fruit Roll-Up, cut into 4 thin strips

- 1 small fennel bulb, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 t salt
- 6 scallions (about 1 bunch), thinly sliced
- 1/2 c coarsely chopped cilantro

- 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame (thawed)
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 2 to 4 thinly sliced scallions (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/2 cup (or more) cooked vegetables (use whatever you have on hand, such as roasted squash, green beans, snap peas, green peas, red peppers, or broccoli)
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
